Small habits, real change

Our tagline — “Don’t change your habits, but change your life” — sometimes gets a puzzled smile. Isn’t changing your life all about changing your habits? Not quite. Most of us already have good routines: we shop for the household, we plan for festivals, we look after family. The idea is to build on those routines rather than start from scratch.

Big changes rarely stick. Small, steady ones usually do.

Four habits worth keeping

  • Write it down. For one month, note every household expense in a notebook or on your phone. You will be surprised by what you learn.
  • Plan the week, not the day. A weekly list saves repeat trips and impulse spending.
  • Set one small goal. A modest amount set aside each month is easier to keep than a large one you abandon.
  • Review together. Ten minutes as a family at the end of the month keeps everyone on the same page.

None of this needs special tools or a big lifestyle shift. That is the point: better outcomes, built on the life you already live.

Why we still meet face to face

We could run everything online. Plenty of companies do. But from the start, Shine Bazar has put a lot of energy into meeting people in person — at our office on Hojai Main Road and at our seminars.

The reason is simple: trust is built in rooms, not in messages. When you can look someone in the eye, ask a follow-up question and hear how others in your community think about it, you make a better decision — whatever that decision is.

What meeting in person gives you

  • Answers from the people responsible, not a script.
  • The chance to hear other people’s questions — often the ones you didn’t think to ask.
  • A face and a name to call when you need help later.

Our online platform is there for convenience. The relationship still starts, and stays, with people.

What to expect at your first seminar

If you have never been to one of our seminars, it is natural to wonder what happens. Here is how a typical session runs.

Arrival and welcome

Our team greets every guest at the door. In keeping with Assamese tradition, guests are often welcomed with a gamosa — a small gesture that sets the tone for the evening.

Updates and presentations

Members of the leadership team share company news and explain how things work, in plain language and without jargon.

Open questions

This is the most important part. Anyone can ask anything, and you will get a straight answer. If we don’t know, we will say so and follow up.

After the session

There is time to talk one-to-one with the team. You are welcome to simply listen, take our number and think it over at home.

To find out when the next seminar is, call or WhatsApp us on +91 98643 29250.
